Return and Refund Policy

HOW TO RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND, CANCELLATION & MODIFY A PRODUCT?

1. Cancel/Modify: Commissiontees believe that we provide our customers with ample information to make an informed purchase. If you have to cancel/modify the order you can do it within 12 hours placing the order. We do not accept a cancellation/modify after 12 hours or once the order has been taken into the printing process.


2. If the item is not as described (this includes wrong color, design and wrong size, wrong style or poor quality),please provide proof that the item received is not as described and our team will resend replacement for you at no additional cost. And you can keep the item, as a token of apology for the mistake we made sending you the wrong items.

3. If you received a damaged/faulty item. Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You can keep it, give it away or donate for any organization.The only thing we need you to do is send an email to: [email protected], attach a photo of the damaged item. If we can see in the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP.

4. Cannot Return:

You can’t return your item and cancel your order if:

  • You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong product type.
  • The image quality on the product is considered good.
  • “I ordered by mistake” / “I’m no longer interested”.
  • Please note that if you using coupon code, we don’t accept to refund in any case.



Please note : Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

**Please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 30 days
The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered


5. Refunds: 

  • You’re protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don’t receive your product after 35 days since the day you purchased (which rarely happen), we will refund you 100% your money, no question asked!
  • A refund will be sent back to you for the product value only. The shipping amount will not be credited back.
